He has extensive experience in grain processing, grain trading and risk management strategies from 40 years of working in various executive roles within agriculture.

Bob has over 25 years in business development and experience in operations management. He has a deep understanding of the beef industry and the production processes involved in bringing high-quality beef products to market.

As Director of People Operations at Friona Industries, Tara is responsible for managing all of the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee training and development and performance management. Tara has been with Friona since 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in human resources. She earned her master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology.

Tyler Campbell is the Lead Cattle Buyer at Friona Industries. He brings a wealth of experience to the role, from being raised on a commercial cow-calf ranch in Colorado to having spent nearly 20 years working in the beef industry. For almost a decade, he has worked for Friona buying cattle. Tyler uses his knowledge to carefully source the highest quality animals for Friona’s feedyards.

Drew is a skilled Cattle Buyer at Friona Industries who brings many years of experience to the role. He is adept at negotiating with suppliers and building strong relationships with producers around the country. Drew is also taking on the role of leading our beef X dairy cattle initiative, which is in line with our purpose of transforming the beef industry. In his free time, Drew enjoys time with his family and relaxing in the comfort of his home.

Rodney is a dedicated Cattle Buyer at Friona Industries responsible for sourcing high-quality cattle. Bringing valuable experience from his previous roles as a commodity trader, a feedyard owner and a commercial feedyard manager. Rodney’s deep understanding of the market and expertise in livestock appraisal allows him to assess cattle accurately and ensure that we only acquire the best possible animals.
